Access Content Agency, located at Immeuble Rosalys, Bloc B, rue de l'ile Sabah, Les Berges du Lac 2, 2035 Tunis, Tunisia, is the data controller for personal data collected through the Diggow platform.

2. Data Collected

We collect the following categories of data:

Identification data: name, email address
Connection data: IP address, browser, timestamp
Usage data: pages visited, actions performed, preferences
Marketing data: metrics from connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

3. Purpose of Processing

Providing and improving the Diggow service
Managing user accounts and billing
Sending service-related notifications (alerts, reports)
Anonymized statistical analysis to improve the product

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the performance of the contract (Diggow subscription) and user consent for non-essential cookies.

5. Data Retention

Account data: duration of subscription + 12 months after cancellation
Connection logs: 12 months
Imported marketing data: duration of subscription, deleted upon cancellation
YouTube data via public API: automatically purged after 30 days

7. Google API Usage

Google API Services User Data Policy
Diggow's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Diggow accesses Google data (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, YouTube, Search Console, Google Business Profile) in read-only mode and solely for the purpose of providing analytics dashboards to the user. Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

8. YouTube API Usage

Diggow uses the YouTube API Services. By using Diggow, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

YouTube data collected via the public API (competitor channels) is automatically purged after 30 days. YouTube data authorized by the user (via OAuth) is retained for the duration of the subscription and deleted within 7 days after authorization revocation.

You can revoke Diggow's access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

9. Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR and Tunisian Law No. 2004-63, you have the following rights:

Access: obtain a copy of your data
Rectification: correct inaccurate data
Erasure: request deletion of your data
Portability: receive your data in a structured format
Objection: object to processing on legitimate grounds

10. Cookies

Diggow uses only essential cookies required for the service to function (authentication, language and theme preferences). No advertising tracking cookies are used.

11. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: JWT RS256 encryption, multi-tenant isolation (PostgreSQL RLS), rate limiting, security headers (CSP, HSTS), and regular audits.
